Official DSS Warranty Policy
Diversified Shafts Solutions warrants our standard CV axle assemblies to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal operation, for up to (3) years from date of purchase or 36,000 miles whichever comes first and for (1) year from date of purchase or 12,000 miles whichever comes first for drive shaft assemblies and ATV axle assemblies. Defects or damages caused by or to the use of parts other than DSS parts are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and excludes product damage due to installation error, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by a contractor, service company or user.
DSS will not be responsible for labor charges, and/or damage occurred during installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages, including collision. We do not warranty boots. Excessive damage to components due to torn boots is not covered. Driving with a torn boot and ruining other components will prevent coverage. Inspection of boots should be part of regular driving maintenance. DSS typically only warranties broken axles (failure of the axle) not worn components.
Determination as to the existence and nature of any defect in workmanship or product shall be made by DSS, and all such determination shall be final.
