Q: What kind of Warranty does DSS have?

Diversified Shafts Solutions warrants our standard CV axle assemblies to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal operation, for up to (3) years from date of purchase or 36,000 miles whichever comes first and for (1) year from date of purchase or 12,000 miles whichever comes first for drive shaft assemblies and ATV axle assemblies. Defects or damages caused by or to the use of parts other than DSS parts are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and excludes product damage due to installation error, product abuse, or product misuse, whether performed by a contractor, service company or user. DSS will not be responsible for labor charges, and/or damage occurred during installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages, including collision. We do not warranty boots. Excessive damage to components due to torn boots is not covered. Driving with a torn boot and ruining other components will prevent coverage. Inspection of boots should be part of regular driving maintenance. DSS typically only warranties broken axles (failure of the axle) not worn components. Determination as to the existence and nature of any defect in workmanship or product shall be made by DSS, and all such determination shall be final. Q: What kind of Customers is the DSS B2B website for?

It is for Direct Import Container and WD Customers to buy online, email, phone and fax.

Q: Do customers need to request registration?

Customer’s choice, it’s better to register for repeat order customers, you can sign up online or call DSS to set up an account.

Q: How many categories of production lines does DSS carry?

Answer 3: We carry Auto DriveLines including Regular and High Performance CV/ATV axles for both foreign and domestic Auto manufacturers, as well as Drive Shaft Assemblies.

Q: Where do the products ship from?

Answer: Container orders are shipped from China and WD pallet & Drop Ship orders, Drive Shafts orders are shipped from DSS Atlanta Warehouse.

Q: Does DSS provide on-site Installation?

Not at this time.


Shipping & Returns

Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders and Drop Ship orders will be shipped through FedEx Ground, based on the customer's choice at checkout. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. For WD Pallet orders, these will be shipped by select LTL Carrier.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We (do not) ship outside of the USA.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We (do not) ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned, the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility for dropship orders. Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price of your product. No returns are allowed for WD pallet orders.
